Fatility/Zenai (in Public Record)

Zenai will be sending me a base hal, a ToA, a Aoj, and a set of EB's. I am going to be leveling his ToA with an NCB and a payment plan for the items will be worked out farther down the road.

Since the reset/multi issue our previous deal is nullified and he has to restart with an NCB. He has nothing now and I happen to have a few extra items so we have set up a deal. I provide the gear and he levels my tat with an option to buy if I decide to sell it to him it will be at a discounted price as he leveled it. The payback for the Items if he decides to buy the tat will be at an agreed upon averaged auction price.
