I move house this weekend and so until we can get connected at the other end I won't be online for a few days, possibly as long as a week. I move Friday the 21st and so may not be back until the 28th, maybe even September the 1st.
So apologies to GW and SK, I may miss a week of payments.

It's fine. I don't need the money anytime soon. :)

Good luck with the move! My wife and I will be moving as well, between the 26th and the 28th! Hopefully I don't miss much more than a day of internet, though, and the iPhone will keep me in business, somewhat. *smile*

I may be able to get some WiFi somewhere near to the new house. Moving 200 miles, and it's the week leading up to a public holiday so getting people sorted for installing phone lines and broadband etc can be tricky. "Sorry sir, we're very busy, we can't get somebody out to you before the end of the month."

I hear you... Actually, as monolithic (and monopolistic as AT&T is here in the states, they will have my DSL kit to me this week, and will have phone and DSL working by evening-time on 8/28 (I guess they can do it even before we formally own the new address...) So, that is pretty nice. I even have our new phone number already. Might have to write a story and have people guess what it is. *smile*
My speeds won't be anything close to bart and his camping trip, but will be a step above what I went with in St. Louis (paying a tad more, of course...)

Phone number guessing: that takes me back. ;)
Where I am now we have cable connection installed in the area, but where we are going doesn't. Broadband there uses the phone line, and that won't be set up until we move in. Cable comes to the area we are moving to in 2011 apparently.
Somebody did suggest making sure there are no wireless networks lurking nearby unprotected. But that wouldn't be honest now would it? ;)

Honest is as honest does. *smile*
