And the reasoning behind this is that the regeneration is determined by the maximum HP of the minion, not the stats of the Trollskin Armor.
but a TSA listed as hanving 3% regen and a naming bonus would round it to 4%. everything named gets a stat boost 4% if its armor.
That only implies to the AC, not to the items FLAT bonus.

BoM +25 gets a +1 on naming
Bom +26 gets a +2 on Enchantment Points
25*.04= 1
26*.04= 1.04 rounding up to 2?
Naming a VB doesn't make it ignore effective AC by 63%... It's along those lines.
again its a FLAT bonus meaning it does not change when adding armor/points unlike the BoM which gets a bonus for each ENHANCEMENT.
