Since the wiki doesn't specify it, I was wondering if the strength bonus was added before or after GS? I guess it's after but wanted to be sure.
it would be after... but I'm wondering why it matters?

well, 20 ST getting a 25% bonus would put it to 25 before a 2m GS was added with a final result of 2,000,025, whereas 20ST + 2m GS getting a 25% bonus puts ya at 2,500,025
