NS said he reset the server, if I had to guess... from chat it looked like Fex did the right thing, and everyone thought he did the wrong thing, and NS was trying to undo the reset, and then somewhere along the line Fex was proven right.

NS did a reset a while ago that reset my forge to 10 seconds, but I was on CB when he did it, and didn't get any bonus BA.
