I'd be looking for a Tattoo leveler who could level my Steel Familiar for small bursts of BA, say 160 at a time.
This way I don't have to miss my tattoo for a long period of time while you make a nice amount of money in a very small amount of time.
Rates are negotiable and will be based on NW of course.

deifeln8 and I already had some conversation. He estimates it possible to add 200k NW to my/a tattoo in 160BA.

Please note that even though it's only lvl 6,742,837, that you will actually need over 7m MTL to level it ^_^

Currently: Feanaro 'The Spirit of Fire' lvl 6,760,681
You would have to have a MTL of 7031108 to be able to level it.
