DM explained.... (in General)

Ok I'm 99% sure I know how DM works, so please just confirm what I'm about to say as correct or false...

This is to settle an "argument" (although argument sounds negative I hold no negative feelings for the person who I'm "arguing" with. :P)

Ok...

So we'll make it simple.

Player 1 is training 100% EC...

Player 2 is training 100% DM...

Player 1 attacks player 2. Is Player 1s EC effected in any way by Player 2s DM...

I say no.

Right/Wrong?

DM doesn't effect opponents EO only ED.

NS, change the stacking of DM.
