As the title states. Whenever I open it in another tab through the settings page it opens and says it is finished loading, but the chatbox itself doesn't show up. I am using FF so I tried IE as well, but I ended up with the same results. Because of that I think there may be something wrong with my java I have installed or my settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
uninstall then restart and reinstall an earlier version of Java.....sometimes you get a corrupted Update patch and it takes a few days for them to fix it.

How do I uninstall? I only see an option to disable.

If you're on WinXP, just go to the control panel, then click on Add/Remove programs.
Unistall it from add/remove programs
