I was wondering whether i should use a MoD or a MH for an NCB
I am aware of their effects i just want to know what people suggest you should use.
It really depends on what type of setup you are planning to use.
Alright specifics then.
I am intending to run a ToA tank with a SoD and one of those weapons
Armour:
Tulkas Gauntlets
Shield of Capacity
Amulet of Might
HoE
I want to be mostly focused in melee damage.
Forgot about the EBs i will be using.

Nem's right: what tattoo? how many minions?
The MoD will a lot of the time do more damage thanks to how many people use AS. But I prefer the Morg. That extra HP is invaluable. Strange as this might sound, you can actually have too much damage, or rather you don't necessarily need as much damage, providing you have enough strength, dex and PTH.
But I'm biased. The Morg is probably my favourite item in the game.

Are we talking single tank? I'd say the Morg for sure then, providing you have enough HP to last to melee. The built in VA means you can do without defensive enchantments, which means DM users are weaker against you.
It will most likely be single tank, maximum 2 minion unless hiring after NCB has ended.

The SoC is great, but I switched to a BoM and got better results, because it also improves your ranged attack.
However, I would make sure you're focused on one weapon for a while, and earlier on the SoD is better as a point of focus. It's only later on when you've more strength and HP that the morg and SoC will come into their own.
So in terms of cash spend I would pump the SoD (remember that you don't need to spend on PTh thanks to the ToA) and later on boost the Morg.
And if you can - name the weapons to get the bonus X150!
The SoD is already x500 and the MH is a pitiful x25.
I am a non-usd player so the namings are out of the equation.
If i were you, i'd quit fighting for awhile and forge your weapons up a bit. Currently i own a 32 million net worth SoD, and a 4 million net worth morgul, both of which will be forged a bunch after this current ncb.

If your a ToA tank I would forget all melee weapons and concentrate on getting your SoD as high as possible.
You will find later on, that splitting your NW between 2 weapons is less effective than having 1 large one.
With a ToA I would certainly concentrate on missile rounds.
