For an Evasion wall, Do I need to Train DEX as well, for Evasion to work? Or Just train Evasion?? I changed my strat and I'm kinda getting my butt kicked... so please if anyone can help. Thanks!

Evasion is only 60% effect if its level is unmatched by dexterity. It still is good, but if trained with dexterity, better.

Should I start training Dex now? Or do you think it isn't importnat at my level?

If you want to go the dex route, train dex now until it is equal (a little above to be sure) to your evasion and then from there when increasing do both with equal amounts. At your level the penalty isn't felt as bad, but if you just go evasion, when you decide to start training dex, it might take a while to get it where you want/need it to be.
