Odd Unretire Request (in Public Record)

So, I just noticed that my team Buttons is sitting on 231k. Not much, but I'm scraping together every cent I have for this NCB. Issue I'm currently faced with though, is I'm broke. So, I was wondering if an Admin could unretire Buttons and let me then send them the 50k from that team, since it has the most money of all of my teams right now.
