Reminds me of our UK law that any pig ornaments in your window is a racial crime because Islamic followers would be offended by looking where they shouldn't be looking.

Where were the mother and her 7 year old going to at 5.30am?
If it was dark outside and he had the lights on in the kitchen he wouldn't have been able to see outside to notice if anybody was there.
