What if every other month there was a 24 hour period where everyone could unlearn for free? I think it would reduce a lot of the stagnation currently seen up top, as people could try different things out without fear of losing competitive edge.
You could even do something like free retraining during that day one a month or every other month, but only if your character is in a top 3 clan.

Sounds like a very interesting concept. Let the changing begin :)
We already have this, the only thing is it only applies during months when there are serious changes to the game dynamics.
Although, I would like to have more opportunities to unlearn for free. :)
I still like the idea of partial retraining.
I like this idea, but I would prefer that everyone has say only 2 free retrains a year. That way people can experiment and adapt, but shouldn't have people changing strat all the time.
Though anything that allows us to retrain for free a bit more often would be welcome in my books.
Maybe make it that you can change every 3 months?
