Slight problem. (in General)

Hello all. I've been done my NUB for quite some time now. Why does that blue box and the subject in the box still appear after all that? I'm quite puzzled. I thought it would leave so I said nothing. But, I really trying to figure out why it is still there...

Holy crap, is that the training error still? You may have to start a new character just to complete the hiring requirements.

Have you ever finished the tutorial?

I'll look into it further later this evening, plz remind me of it :)

Agh! It's still there I tried to make a new character and the such.. to do the tasks... not working. I need help!
