He needs an ELB so he doesn't have to keep renting one and then having to try to find a new rental when the time runs out. he's wasted alot of BA trying to find ELBs that will work with his team.

Anyway, 2 loans of 8 mil would be worse since you'd have to keep 2 people happy of receiving their payment.
Why do you want a 16 mil loan? get a smaller ELB, they're not that expensive, and renting does not 'waste' BA...
