Several bug fixes: clan leave / create character (in Changelog)

These bugs have all been fixed by NightStrike, I thought it was nice to make a Changelog entry for the summary:


Leaving clans for both Standard and Economic clans has been fixed.


Another few bugs dealing with Character creation and Enlisting new Minion bugs have been fixed.
