I need to know if the penalty affects the AS levels or if the penalty is applied after the levels come into effect. I need to know for DM purposes how many levels I have to dispel to get rid of the full AS effect.
This is what I need to know: 16,000,000 AS levels = 8,000,000 HP but if it is cast on 4 minions then the HP given is reduced by 27.5%. I need to know if the reduction is reflected in the levels or if I still have to dispel all of the AS levels to get rid of all the HP. If the reduction is reflected in the levels then the 16,000,000 lvl AS would be reduced to 11,600,000 because the 8,000,000 HP given by the AS levels would be reduced to 5,800,000. Double that and you get the equivalent AS level for that amount of HP.
If the penalty does not reduce the levels, then it would be like this: 16,000,000 lvl AS gives 8,000,000 HP apply the penalty and it is 5,800,000 HP given to each minion, but the level of AS stays the same so I'll have to have a DM effect of 16,000,000 to fizzle it all.
I'll appreciate any help I can get on this matter!
16 mil as levels requires 19.2 mil dm to dispel all of it

If I have an AS level of 10000 you need 10000 EFFECT of DM to dispel it completely. Number of minions changing the effect of AS is irrelevant.

I know all about DM level giving 80% of DM Effect and that DM effect dispels ED levels. I learned all that in my last question post ^_-

Alright, thats what I thought... I guess I'll just have to keep training DM til the end if I hope to kill the strongest RoS users! Thanks Rawr!

No but out of seriousness, if you invest into DM too heavily, you leave yourself vulnerable to other Ranged teams/tank teams.

You still need to Dispel all of the AS levels, the 'multi minion penalty' is applied afterwards (or rather is unlinked completely, the effect just changes to less HP)
