Incredibly challenging little gem I found via RPS. Canabalt
is a, err, running game. You automatically move, and there's only one button. Jump. How far can you guys go? So far, my record is 1440m. (Play with the volume up! Oh, and boxes slow you down but do not kill you.)
that is a nice find! we need to submit that for the out of ba page. i made 1155 on my first try, btw! ;)

1499 second try. darn window I had to jump through......
Try to hit the boxes, btw. It gets a lot easier if you slow down and you can still make all the jumps.

Awesome soundtrack, too.

hmmm there seems to be a song needed for the sound track.... if only I could remember it....
Something that would be suitable for a man who ran, he ran so far away (through flocks of seagulls) but in the end he just couldn't get away.
I'm sure something relevant has been written at some point.....
I might as well just admit I didn't get the reference, Loch :P

wow bruno, you are either way behind the times or you've never heard that song because you're french
Enlighten me then. I'm curious now :)
Thanks! This is new to me, not sure if I was missing anything, though ;)

I don't believe anyone has ever been thanked for a Flock of Seagulls reference or link before.... I'll have to check on that though.
It's the intention that counts.
BTW, this is partly bump just so this'll be easier to find next time I feel a hankerin for runnin from robots.
