TSA gives regen and ST bonus.
EH gives the magic resistance that the TSA used to have. Why not give it a DX bonus as well? Along the lines of all other Elven gear.
0.5% bonus to skills and dexterity per enchantment point. that would be good.
Goodbye Gi if this happens though.

The last EH sold was for $14,001.
I'd say they are both in need for something deserving?

Problem is that we have an armor that already gives dex bonus.
I personally feel that the TSA is too powerful with its double dip of goodness in HP regeneration and large strength boost.
It makes all other armors effectively moot for a tank.
