As you can see, it's linear up until a ratio of 1, at which point the formula becomes BTH + f(Ratio), where f(1) = 0 and f(x) -> 100. In other words, above a ratio of 1, dex CTH differs exactly by how much BTH differs. It's every bit as hard to get an extra CTH for an ELB as a MH. More to come later.
