You may not fight tournament-mode characters if you are not in the tournament yourself. Feel free to create a new tmode Character; otherwise, you'll have to content yourself with fighting non-tmode Characters.
This is what I'm getting when I try to fight anyone. o.O Its kinda bothersome.
Nevermind! Turns out 90% of what was my fighting bracket just got infested by Tourney toons. Shoo, shoo! Use your 5k Bonus to get out of my bracket.

maybe let them not show up on normal player's fight lists at all?
Been thinking about this myself, even made a bit of a comment of it this last Tourney. Maybe there should be another line up of opponents for T-Players. I would guess Vice-Versa would be pretty much the same thing. If neither had the ability to attack the other then that might be a good way to have it run. The only problem the T side would run into is stagnation of opponents. Maybe have people create Test Chars all the time and just send them over to an opponent mule like TP. Just a few thoughts.

Or you could have all previous tourney characters be the "pool". Especially after this tournament, there are characters in almost every size range.
