So you can now browse to a new forum, "Links". You can edit your settings to make this display in your "Active Threads" listing. You can also ask novice any and all questions as to what the purpose is for this forum. He's the originator, maintainer, and moderator.

This forum is already appearing in my lineup even before activating it in Settings.

It wasn't enabled for me...
And if it has the kind of traffic it has so far, I'm afraid I'll have to leave it off. I like the idea, but if it pushed every other forum category off the page, that makes it hard to stay up on more...relevant threads.
