Not funny, Shade.
Hypothermia in elderly people that can't afford their heating bills is a big complication in health problems for that age group. I've personally dealt with a few of these cases.

I know it's a big problem for elderly people, my grandma suffers from it in a way that she needs to have the room heated even in summer or 'feeling' cold...
