I think it's sad that in a country known worldwide for it's whisky, our government chose to use vodka as a vehicle for their statistic.

From everything I have seen a lot(not all) of places that are known for what they make are not usually the largest consumers of the product. I think this has to do with the fact that they are bored with it hence their reason for exporting it......lol
