Fight Button Phenomenon (in General)

More and more frequently when I fight, the button freezes and when I click it does nothing. The other buttons on the sidebar still function. I have to refresh the page so that the fight button works again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Oh, this applies for the inspect and delete button as well. Edit and Specify still work during this period.

I have been having problems clicking the fight link more often now myself.

thought it was my new connection... maybe it's time to move to Chrome

i've had similar problems with the (get more) and fight links.

I've had the same problems as well, refreshing is the only way to fix it

Wow, I'm not the only one. And to think I almost replaced my mouse over it.

I was blaming my connection as well :S

So, I just tried to replicate this and was unable to. Down and enter on my keyboard wouldn't replicate it nor would using the scroll button on my mouse and left clicking fight. It was only 160 BA though.

I've got it using Chrome and left clicking the fight button only.

Using firefox, haven't noticed anything really yet.

I have to question the fight feed with this. When the fight button freezes does the ff? Seems to with me. I just refresh the left sidebar, and it works again. I like the ff too much and having to do that is fine (if it is the ff), but if it is the issue and can be fixed that would be cool too!

i am not sure if this is related, but often after having the fight link die, when i go to refresh the left frame it takes an inordinate amount of time to reload. i attributed it to changes being made but it has happened often enough at various times that i think it must be something else. it will finally reload but it takes minutes.

When the Fight Feed loads/refreshes the focus over the 'fight' button shifts is what I've found. And then it won't become active again without refreshing the sidebar. It's been that way since the Fight Feed arrived, regardless of what browser I'm using. Except for IE6, which doesn't have the smarts to be affected by this....;)

it just happened once again and i noticed something which i am not sure will help in debugging, but it surely cannot hurt.

i was burning ba on my tournament character and when the fight quit responding it had gone back to showing the ba for my regular character. after a very long refresh of the sidebar it reverted once again to my tournament character ba and fight would function.

enter wouldn't let me keep fighting either when it locked.

Don't worry about this guys.
I was trying to fix something and I ended up breaking stuff.
I've rolled it back for now till I can test it further.
As soon as NS updates it, it should work fine.
