Found this in rentals, NW is only $7,080. Looked through named amulets and didn't see any, so I assume this is actually an AoI but the nw is wonky. Obviously this is important for Encumbrance reasons.
There's a few of those floating about.
It's due to some change to them from a while ago (I forgot exactly what).
And as it only really has any effect on the very start of a chracters growth, it's not been prioritised highly on the list of things to fix.

If it's gonna be fixed, can we make them all 7K NW? :P
Nope. I updated all the broken ones. There were also still 3 that were +0. In retrospect, I think I was supposed to just delete those :(
