Does the mage shield negate any effect of friendly spells casted on him. I know it doesn't say anything about it in the wiki besides his own spells but just wanna make sure.
It does not affect enchantments casted upon him. So enemy EC as well as your AS/GA will all work as long as that minion is not the one training those spells.

A Mage Shield does not negate Ablative Shield (or Ethereal Chains / Dispel Magic) from being cast onto the minion wearing the Mage Shield, unless the minion is casting the ED spell him/herself.
