CGI (in General)

I was pretty sure it gave +10 to UC... mine gives +9. I have no penalties etc, with nothing except the GI equipped. This was tested with 2 different CGIs. Is this a display bug?

Could be the same thing the AoJ's are having as well. They are all supposed top be +10 but Spawn @ +9 :-/

I think it's a bug with Base UC. If you train your UC to an above base effect, it should give the +10 as normal.

Last tourney it looked like this problem was actually just a display problem and in the post battle stats it showed the full effect.
