What's going on with the history graphs? (in General)

Check my main character's score graph, then check it using a 410 days history.
Notice the difference and how this should not be a difference?

    Everything seems in order...

Does it? One of these does not look up to date to me...

You did not go back far enough.

Very early in the days I started, I recall a change to the graphs being made.
The ones we have now LOOK prettier (smoother, rounder, whatever you like to call them), but they don't exactly correspond to the reality entirely, they're more of a rough guideline than an actual graph.

The graphs clearly show December 1, 2008 so yes I did go back far enough.

Maybe try again with 435 days? ;)

That does show the same, but that graph is not up-to-date as far as I'm concerned. Anyway, problem solved but I wish it was updated more often.

The graph is updated every time you generate it.... Or do you mean the data points that it's pulling?

That would be the data points it's pulling. I know it would be a burden on the server when we'd put in more data points but I wonder how much it could be refined without making it too much of a burden.
(i.e. when I look at the graph for the past 30 days, this is a straight line while I know this really is not the case.)

It'd be pretty awesome if we could get graphs for periods not extending to the present so that we could get high-fidelity graphs for earlier periods too.

Bump on which part? Do you just need the graph to pull more data? I don't know much about the graphing code, but I know it uses gnuplot.

I'm pretty sure with the line becomes too vertical, it might disappear, I've thought this before. But, yes, it's definitely weird sometimes.

I think Shade meant that the 2nd diagram missed some data points in the "present". Which led to a shorter rise over 6M compared to the "complete" diagram.

    NS: regarding your question
I'd like to see that the graph pulls more datapoints and pull them more often.

Wanna see something weird, look at the past 7 days of xxJS07

I just did. On my screen, it showed a slight decline in MPR growth a a slight surge in score. A bit odd, but it's not like the cases where the line stops or just flatlines.

Ohh, that's weird, mine shows nothing.

    Clear cache and try again?

How do I do that on FF3.6?

Um... I'm on my work lappie with IE. I'm going to guess Tools
Clear Recent History. Though it may be listed as Internet Options or Clear Private Data. Hard to remember.

    Ugh... that was a fail.

Alright, that worked, but the graph isn't right, I should have had no growth Saturday, Sunday and Monday; followed by a huge growth Tuesday. That's not what the graph shows.
