Okay folks so I just got out of the hospital earlier today... had an emergency laparoscopy to remove my Gallbladder... and I was just curious how many others have had this done and what their experience is with it and what they can eat now.
I have not ate in three days besides a little jello here or pudding there and just haven't had much of an appetite... and just want to know what would be good to eat that keeps me from feeling sick.
Anyways glad to be back folks... talk to you all later ^_^

Glad you are ok, Drac. Wow. My GF recently has had abdominal pain and the gallbladder is a differential. I think it is an ulcer, as a proton pump inhibitor is helping her pain, but ya never know. She is scheduled for an ultra sound and hopefully it won't reveal anything that needs SX..
but, again, I'm glad you are doing ok. >:]
Glad to have you back there sir ... our clan can move back up now and I hope you get to feeling well soon
Ouch and I hope you get well soon bro!
have fun eating Gluten free food from now on... my sister-in-law had hers removed, she can't eat hardly anything.
get better soon bro, and get your strength back, i know how damaging and draining surgery can be.

My uncle had that done about a month ago. I saw him about two days after, and he was eating pretty normally. Then again, his family's been going on this healthy food craze for a while, so they eat mostly vegetable dishes anyway. I'll try and ask him when I get a chance.
Get well soon!
Friend of mine is a nutritionist, will ask her if she has suggestions!
Thanks guys... Awesome to get some help from you all... anything helps... still eating basically nothing but some cream of wheat

Wow, that sounds no fun. I wonder what that means for your eating habits in the future. :(
Hope you get to feelin' better and eating more soon.
