It's sending out notices with T chars in it. They should all already be retired.

all of mine were actually my characters, it just listed most twice and ones that are already retired as well as my main that shouldn't be in any danger of retirement.

Is this the reason that it won't let me transfer any cash to my storage char and that it just gives me the message "Bad Transfer Request"?

That is because the default transfer is now a loan. Just make sure you put it on permanent and it will work fine.

i am not sure if this is useful, but it also did give my correct email address and said that it had sent me the notices by email as well. i did not receive anything from cb on that account though.

Okay. I didn't receive an email either, but I didn't check the spam folder -- which would mean that the mailings are useless if they wind up there.
