Need Unretire with a Catch (in Public Record)

Do not have the 50k because that is on the character that got retired. I can send after wards or I am sure an admin can remove the fee. Can not un-retire myself because I have 1600 ba saving for xp tuesday. Not sure what to do in this predicament.

On a side note, we don't allow people to unretire characters while having BA saved for a reason ;)
