I see you!

Nice! Last time I grilled, me and a friend just went to Lowes and bought some cinder blocks, charcoal, and a grill sheet. Set it up in 2 minutes, it took longer to light the damn thing though.

I also started the grill season last week. But I prefer charcoal, tastes better and it unfortunately needs a complete beer length to heat it up. ;)

Pretty rad!

seb, I was going to make the switch to charcoal, but, strangely enough, charcoal grills cost as much as gas (which makes no sense). Plus, I already had the propane tank from a previous grill that rusted out (which is why I went modular this time).

Not as modular as cinder blocks, but ah well. *smile*

As far as flavor, the Smokey Joe grill has an angled piece of steel that makes a little roof over the gas heating element. That gets lots of nice grease on it, and makes the thing smoke up like crazy. Not quite exactly like charcoal, but damn close, and instant lighting. Because of that convenience, I'll grill sometimes 2-3 times a week whereas with charcoal I would probably only do once a week. I'm a fan of something getting used, so tend to cater to things that result in that...

So far I am loving this little grill set-up!

(Cube, I will have to check out that other YouTube vid when I get home, can't access from work...)

Cube's clip is your clip. He timed it show it shows your reflection in the grill.

Aha! Indeed, a little of my head reflected on the grill!
