Im would again ask for another tidbit to give the game more clarity for all players. That on the Recruit a New Minion page along with the costs add the exp and or pr that you are adding if you hired at those current prices.
Why? it is as simple as Cheap Option Cost Cost/5 and
Expensive Option = Cost/3.
the mpr added is harder to determine and would be a great addition, in my opinion.
I'm sure Fex could right the code for the MPR added, it wouldn't be too hard. Just get the MPR from the character do a little math, then add in the new exp, and display it.
Showing the mpr isn't difficult. I guess it's more a question of whether it's a good idea to provide that info
hmmm I think I understand where you are coming from NS. However this is really not that much of an issue as ppl, as Titan has said, can do the math and get the answer as well. This would just be a simplified way to do it and cut out the calculator work. Since this would be on the Recruit a New Minion Page and not for Everyone to see, Like MTL, then I really do not think it would be much of an issue.

I don't see an obvious downside. Anyone dropping that kind of pocket change is expecting an MPR increase. I've been saving up for a long while to hire, and it'll just keep me from having to re-do the math in a month.
Yeah, all the formulas and information needed is there, you're just saving people the time of doing the math. I could see where you were coming from if it depended on some unknown factor, but that is not the case.
The MPR formula hasn't been deciphered, just approximated AFAIK
Even an approximation would be allot more helpful then what we have currently :).
I'd accurate to 1MPR for most purposes I'm sure.
so is this a yes/no/mebbe?
i am selfish and would really just like this for tournaments as even when i try to plan out when to buy minions (balancing cost with income and trying to max out mpr or xp) i rarely seem to get that close.
an approximation would be awesome though.
