I have an exbow on my tourney char that can do about 5k damage. Yet, when it hits someone with 50k health, they still have plenty of ST. Yet, with my old exbow I could drain people who had over 8M health, like Picasso, yet I did nowhere near 800k damage. So, what's up?
CrossbowsI'm over the 5% cap mentioned their too, anyone have any ideas.
Both x and the percentage of HP matter.

No drain is just hardly noticeable with less than 300 X and doesn't really come worth it till 1k X.
Yes this was covered before, the 5% only alters exiisting drain levels from weapon x.
