Questions about junctioning.. (in General)

I was wondering two things:
1) Let's say I have 2 characters, A and B. If I use an amulet of junction on A and a FF on B, would I be able to junction the items on A to the familiar (I think not, but still want to ask just in case.)
2) What happens if I junction a Mage Shield to a fire familiar? Would the familiar lose its attacking ability?

1: 2 characters or 2 minions? if 2 minions, then no. you can only junction the items to the familiar used by that minion.

2: I believe so but am not sure.

Thanks, shade and I meant 2 minions. Think I'll test the mage shield one.

I think the wiki even has some info on mage shields and junctioning.

I checked before posting. There's nothing on junctioning a MgS (that I can find.)

I recall either Jon or NS saying in chat that it would zero the familiar's DD cast...

1. You must have the AoJ and the familiar on the same minion.

2. The familiar has 0 DD if you junction a MgS to it.
