We have tons of room, are consistently within the top five, and once we get Kefeck to stop farming us, we will be top three ;)
We will take new players, NCBs, huge characters, and anything in between. The only stipulation is that you are active and purchase BA. We understand that NCBs may have periods of time where they are heavily farmed, and can allow for negative CPs so long as you purchase BA to keep losses at a minimum.
