RoBF versus RoBF (in General)

I remember from ages ago that the RoBF also reduced incoming RoBF damage. But it's not mentioned in the Wiki, so I just wanted to check if this is correct or not?

I thought I remembered this being done away with, with one of the changes to the RoBF. I could be wrong though.

It still reduces itself.
