Is unarmed combat junctioned? (in General)

I ask because it is not showing on my fire familiars post battle readout, but I see lots of folks with junctioned jigs training UC.

only with a jig. i switched to a hal to see if it would work and the uc junctioned over but wasn't used

It is junctioned. But if you use a DD familair or a Hal, they attack with thier own weapons and not UC (as DD and Ranged is prioritised over DD). Althought the Hal should drop it's bow and hit with UC in Melee.. :/

They should be getting the Evasion from UC though. But if that's what you're Junctioning it for, you might as well Junction Evasion. ;)

Actually I was planning on reinking it to a jig.
