Admin Help: Wackiness with Regen Rates or a Bug? (in General)

So far I have had several discrepancies with my regen rate as of late. Now I know that there is already a weirdness at times with a multiple regen inside the 20 min span, ie you are 6/20 on the regentime you get 5 and before the next regen you get that one BA you were lacking. This is different, I have gotten 6 BA and then 9 Ba on other ocassions, and yes I have watched this happen again and again. I would ask for an Admin to look into this and either confirm this or straighten me out by saying I'm nuts.

I have always seen glitches like this, including times when I only receive 1 ba instead of 6. It isn't as of late, its been like this since I started playing this game.

Do you have incorrect amounts over the course of a day, in the aggregate?

More often than not it is on the last regen of the hour. And I have only noticed this over the past week. At first I thought it as just me because I have been working Captain Insano hours but the more I watched to more it seemed to proved a cycle.

00:6 BA, 20: 6 BA, 40: 9 BA

No reciprocation that I can see right now, although I honestly do not have tyhe time to watch my BA regen throughout the day.

However even if this is a once in a while discrepancy I'm still losing BA in the long run when I'm close to my cap and later if it is compensated for by the game.

148 + 9 = 157

157 + 6 = 163 but is capped @ 160

-3 BA @ a later BA regen time I would only get 3 BA so. -3 more BA

Now this would seem neglible but after so many times of this happening it then adds up and turns out to become a significant loss.
