I am going to sell my NCB, Futae no Kiwami, to KnightWarrior for 2x transfers or 6.4M.

If transfers are approximately 3.2M, he will pay 6.4M. If they are greater, he will pay 6.4M. If the transfers are lower than I had calculated, he will owe double the transfer fee amount.
