My first round of them is heating up right now.
Bacon Dressing > Sausage Dressing
Discuss.
Depends on how it is made nov! I have found one to be superior to the other on more than one ocassion while flip flopping.
I went with an easy to make dinner for Thanksgiving:
Bacon wrapped Turkey Filets (Specially Spiced by Me!)(Very Cheap too)
Cajun Rice Pilaf (with my Spicing Flair added)
Deep Fried Spiced Okra (Was my special blend for the batter)
Candied Yams (Honey, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Marshmellows)
Buttered Rolls (Mrs. Bairds I Love you! Yes they were frozen still good!)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies with Marshmellow Swirls(Whip Cream on Top)( Mixed Duncan Hines Browine and Tollhouse cookie dough together melted the Marshmellows in the oil and baked it....came out very yummy!)
Gingerale/Sprite and Pina Pineapple Juice Mixed Drink (Was not enough for a whole family alone so i mixed them together, result....Delicious!)
Spices used: Montreal Steak/Chicken Rub, Smoked Cayenne and White Pepper, Season Salt and Roasted Garlic and Herb all by McCormick
Took roughly 1 Hour to Cook, Makes Excellent Leftovers!
Funny thing is we didn't have the money for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. My wife was disappointed because of this. So I went on the prowl, all of this was salvaged from the pantry and the turkey filets were in the Deep Freezer(got em on sale almost a month ago for $8 and forgot about them go figure!). It's amazing what we have when we actually look for it eh?
