i hate to complain (in General)

but this is the second time cb admins have forced clan holiday and im not very pleased it comes on exp time. i get the point and all but i am sure i'm not the only person thinking this.

It does effect everyone, so it's not like anyone is getting an unfair advantage. We all just get to have a tiny little slump in our history graphs :)

This is a regular thing at Christmas and New Year. You can still fight on these days, it's a tiny portion of the years overall XP you're not getting.

And as HG says nobody else is getting it either so everybody who fights today gets the same in proportion to everybody else. Plus if you choose to fight today you're getting more than those who are off doing holiday things.

Jon setup the server to give us Christmas and New Years day off...

that's better than many bosses in the US.

Your post history disagrees with your thread title. Just saying.

It affects everyone equally...not a big deal. This way if you have stuff to do on this day, your classmates don't suffer for your absence on a holiday.

Its probably for the best on new years day... I'm sure I'm not the only one who got drunk last night and missed loads of BA.

Actually it does. People who have a NuB have no control that their 6 months take place during a time they can't get extra exp. Also, if you want to run a competitive NcB then your going to have to wait till these two holidays don't take place during it.

Now if the NcB or NuB lasted a full year then yes I would agree that they do not give anyone an unfair advantage. So in the end I also do not like such a "day off".

Easter, 4th of july, there's plenty of holidays and they affected people without NCBs for the last 5 years.

Do these not have a clan bonus on them? If so then I retract my statement, but as far as I can recall this is the only time there hasn't been a clan bonus.

I think Thanksgiving has no bonus, I know Easter doesn't, and I have a feeling I'm missing another.

Well then us N*Bers are getting shortchanged about 5362 (I did some rounding) mpr if we hit all of our BA verses some one who hits all of their BA in the first half of the year, while both shooting for 5 mil mpr at this very moment.

Maybe a cause for concern for some...but I am not too worried about it :)

Are you accounting for a 14% clan bonus with Bonus exp time and buying BA?

I did a 10% clan bonus and I don't need to calculate all that other stuff, since both people in this example both hit 100% of their BA and bought BA at the most optimal times.

If you like to do a 14% bonus then we can call it 8k mpr and that should cover it.
