Human Botfly is definitely nasty! Although the Tapeworm should be added and I think the worst of them all is that African Eye-Infecting Worm....truly diabolic!

I was trying to remember which worm infects humans by living below the skin, crawling around in the body. Doctors can't just make an incision and pull it out, as it would tear the worm apart. Instead they have to pull it out a few centimeters each day, holding it so that part of the worm is hanging out of the skin.
