your tournament character has a larger mpr and it is basing it off of that is what i am guessing.

I thought this issue had been settled a long time ago.

Ah damnit. And its not even giving me the rewards I should get for 7/20. :\

i am fairly sure that after some other fixes it reverted. i seem to remember making a post that pretty much said that it was an issue once again. i will try to find that post later for verification.

rusty, once the t chars are auto-retired it will likely be fixed after the next cache flush if i am correct.

hmm, maybe it was never fixed, it is still listed under the known issues section of the wiki.
