Turn off Tutorial? (in General)

I vote we turn off the tutorial and let players go straight into chat.

What do you guys think?

Regardless of that thread, I still think it would be nice to be able to go straight to chat for help, instead of having to navigate the tutorial first. No offense, but players can offer more help and better advice than the little blue boxes.

i have been an advocate of turning off the tutorial for quite some time now. as i have stated before, our retention rate is total fail. i don't see how it could get any worse and it might actually get better.

i definitely think it is a worthy experiment to calculate retention rate for as long as we still have data, turn off the tutorial for a few months and calculate for that period.
