D&D: Chapter II (in Off-topic)
March 19 2011 1:44 AM EDT
And so now everyone has a single focus. Just gotta figure out what to do next!
Feel free to post here and collaborate to figure out what to do next session. I know it's hard to figure out a plan on the fly. :]
ooo super metagame awesome thread ++
I say find out what's in the warden's private quarters. The one no one got to see the inside of.

novice - You're all together again, not split up, so we're going to assume for the sake of time that this is what ends up as the result of your discussion in town. Unless you want to sit for 30 minutes and chat in-game, during which time some people will inevitably run off to find something to kill them. xD

I say leave town, as a group.
Really the best course of action.
This has been explored and confirmed as the best choice of action. We don't know what town to visit, but might next week. :P
Talk to the NPC's in town to find a lead on who or where to go next. Also we should stock up on items we may need while we have a market available. Then perhaps we should see if we can leave town as a group. Before our hands hurt if we tried separately. Not sure what else. If you guys think that the wardens chambers is something to look into then perhaps.
We are still on for this Friday right?
March 24 2011 5:52 PM EDT
Step 1: Get supplies from market
Step 2: Try to leave town as a group*
Step 3: If leaving town fails, regroup at the warden's office or temple to search for clues in case we missed something
*There's a possibility this will lead to the missing mail quest.
What else can you guys think of?
Going off Demi's post Step 1 is fine with me if anyone still needs supplies, we can try to get through that quickly. Step 2 is a great idea because so far it hasn't been attempted yet, but personally I dunno how far that will get us because.. well where will we go after that? Finally step 3 is a good idea but boils down to a few different things that we've separately discovered in different groups, we really need to discuss in-game/in-character what everyone has learned thus far. Gun and novice seem to have the most information about whats going on with the mages guild and the temples, I think most of us went back to the warden and found nothing useful there, so its a matter of what do we do now with our collective information.
Now with all that being said.. can we pull it off without going 8 different directions this time? :P
Think we're drained the temple of clues. We'll plead for free robes, wine, and funny looking hats to hide the bread we steal. :P
Friday nights, lol, best time to play DnD?
I have so far not have had any social activity's recently so it's working for me. However I know this will eventually be a problem
Have ducked out on a fran every other fried egg. :P
everyone decided on what they wanted to do yet? (And is D&D running, OB?)
If you guys ever decide to play this on a reasonable day let me know XD.
It's FRIDAY! FRIDAY! FRIDAY! Getting down on Friday!
Fried egg, Titan? what's so special about fried egg? ;)
I probably wont be doing it tonight cause I got a bunch of stuff going on, but who knows.

I'm OP of the room, bow down to me!!!!
Lescan stabs Titan with his pitchfork. "We have no time for this! Where's OB?!"
On a date with Rebbecca Black.

Sorry For missing this week guys, was planning on being here but was surprised with an offer for my time that I couldn't refuse
Next time tell him the romantic dinner can wait until later ;)
You should not be dating dude's daughter!!!
if that was happening i would have made him do his d&d duties before they could go out! ; )
March 27 2011 10:35 PM EDT
dudemus, I am perfectly willing to D&D DM in exchange for your daughter. ;]
Are we able to this friday?
March 30 2011 12:16 AM EDT
OB has told me in confidence that our session this week will actually involve us listening to Rebecca Black's "Friday" continuously for an hour, and will have nothing to do with D&D. We will then follow up with an arts and crafts session involving drawing unicorns with glue and glitter, as well as making macaroni collages dedicated to Aquaman.

April 1 2011 6:53 PM EDT
Tonight's session will be short, as I have a speech and an essay to write, both due by Monday, and I have work tomorrow morning as well as all day Sunday...so I've got tonight and tomorrow night to do them both.
"What is the one thing that can limit limits?"
Hey, I'm the one who is supposed to say that
To our onlookers. We had to choose from "Speak and/or die!" or walking through one of two doors without consequence.
so are we running tomorrow, OB?
I won't be here tomorrow. Its my birthday.
April 7 2011 7:36 PM EDT
Yep, we're running our session as usual tomorrow.
And happy anniversary of your mother's successful efforts to shove you out from between her legs, 'Tasha! :]
April 14 2011 10:36 AM EDT
And just to clarify -- are we looking at 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 EST? I know 8pm was the stated start time, but it's become a moving target.
April 14 2011 12:08 PM EDT
We're still looking at 8 as the starting time, it is a moving target but still one we're trying to hit
I wanna practice pitchfork throwing. Maybe we can actually hit our target that way.
April 15 2011 9:55 PM EDT
