I have never had a problem going up a BA rate before. However for some reason my character won't go up to the 7 one. It has been the 3rd day that I have been higher than 40% of the current highest player MPR.
Currently, 7,037,172 is the highest MPR so .4 of this gives 2,814,869. My character is 2,861,559 which leaves me with a 40k+ gap ahead. So why has it been refusing to bump me up?
It might be because AA hasn't trained or something.
I thought it was based off MPR and not VPR.
I usually calculate the ba rates at 1% over what the lowest possible percentage for them to make up for untrained xp at the top. I've noticed this when I hit 7/20 that I did not hit it exactly when I should have based on 40%.
7/20 should be roughly about 2.9 now, as 6/20 is 4.3 now, both those numbers came from 41% and 61%
