Is there support for 2+ simultaneous tournaments? (in General)

Can more than one tournament be running at the same time ?
If it can, how about having one of them a permanently running tournament with some arbitrary (relatively high) BA cap but at very high rewards that get constantly adjusted (like, say, 30 times the current N*B value) ?
Permanently running, in the sense it never ends, and there are no prizes. And everything should be available in the shop (I mean, really everything).
Basically, a sandbox to test stuff, 1 day equal to a month of N*B, roughly one week to test the growth of a full 6-months new character from scratch... and then sooner or later run out of BA, so you'd have to retire it if you want to keep testing with a new one.

i am unsure, there was talk about instead of having the tutorial that new players would start in a sandbox and at that time it was never said that it wasn't possible.

I would come back to CB if we could have a perm tourny running.

It would be the way to play CB in a competitive format without USD ruining it.

There's absolutely no way to use any CBD not generated by the Tourny Character in a Tourny.

So USD would have no impact.

Unless you're talking about paying folk with USD to intentionally gimp targets to fight.

Well, I can live with that. Really, like doing that in a Tourny, folk doing that should be reset though. /shrug

I'm all for the idea of a sandbox area, I've been wanting something like that so I can test out different strats as I come up with them and see how well they do in the long run right then. I try to do it during some of the other high bonus tourneys, but sometimes the tourney rules don't allow everything and I don't wanna do a test char.

Well, if we ever get support for that, at least we'd already have a tourney name ready:
