Long story made short, it is now 10 weeks since the end of the contest and I'm at 231 lbs.

Congrats :) I recently started doing Tang Soo Do (a Korean martial arts style), and I've become a bit trimmer as well. I haven't lost any weight, but I'm noticeably slimmer; I'm guessing I'm gaining muscle mass as I lose fat pounds.

Anyway, keep up the good work!
